Awesome New Mobile PDF Preview - View your finished PDF before you submit the Form

The Formitize mobile App form is optimised to collect information as quickly and as accurately as possible ensuring that only the necessary information is visible to the mobile app user.

However, the App Form doesn’t necessarily look exactly the same as the final PDF report that will be generated when the mobile form is submitted.
The exciting new “Mobile PDF Preview” feature enables the mobile user to view what the finished PDF will look like BEFORE submitting the form in the App.

This great new feature has many benefits including:

  • The PDF report can be reviewed to ensure that it looks as expected

  • Missing fields or information can be more obvious when viewing the finished PDF report

  • The PDF report can be viewed by the client before signing with all terms and conditions included - the client then signs the form and the final PDF is generated with signatures embedded.

  • The App user can refer to diagrams, images and details that are part of the final PDF report without having to clutter the mobile form with the information.


Accessing the Mobile PDF Preview is super easy, simply complete the app mobile form as usual.

At any point during the completion of the mobile app form, select the Preview button at the bottom of the Form (next to Submit)

 

Selecting Preview will automatically present the finished PDF Report view.

You can scroll through the PDF report to see all detail, diagrams, pictures and signatures. At any point, simply close the PDF Preview and you will be returned to the mobile App form ready for either further data entry, adjustments or to submit the form.
