The Power of the New CRM is now available in the App
The Formitize CRM modules recently added to the Management Portal, are now available in the App providing users with enormous functionality.
The App CRM has been designed to be a user friendly as possible in terms of navigation and flow and initial feedback has been very exciting.
NAVIGATION
Swipe an entry from the left in most cases opens the COMMUNICATION OPTIONS such as email, SMS and Calls
Sliding from the right opens the ACTION OPTIONS such as Accept, Reject, New Quote, New Invoice, New Job.
Job Actions
ACCEPT - The green Accept button formally accepts the job. This will change the status of the job in the Scheduler to Accepted
REJECT - The Yellow REJECT button formally rejects the job. This will change the status of the job to Unassigned and will require re-scheduling and dispatching from the Management Portal.
RE- SCHEDULE - The grey RESCHEDULE button enables the user to re-schedule the job appointment to another time.
Contacts Page
The following Contact Modules are available as Tabs across the top of the page to avoid opening and closing different pages. The Module often contain a sub-menu available underneath each module.

Accounts Quotes > Invoices > Expenses
The Quotes, Invoices and Expenses then has another menu for each item to filter further as in image below:
Quotes Open > Accepted > Expired
Invoices Unpaid > Overdue > Paid
Expenses Unpaid > Overdue > Paid
