October 2017 Feature Update
Features and Improvements added in October

Leads

  1. Additional Lead data fields visible 

Additional fields are now visible in the Lead Home page so you can see even more detail about the Lead without having to actually open it.

  1. Lead “Add Note” Button

Allows you to add additional notes to a Lead at any time in the App.These notes are time and date stamped to keep an accurate record. You can either type or use “Voice to Text” to add the call notes

  1. Lead “Add Call Notes”

When you swipe from left to right to make a call to a Lead. A new Lead notes box is available to add notes about the call. You can either type or use “Voice to Text” to add the call notes. It adds the time, date and call duration to the note.

  1. Lead History

The History section shows all actions and notes related to the Lead including:

  1. Time and date of notes added

  2. Time and date of calls made,

  3. Time and date of SMS and Email messages sent

  4. Time and date of when the lead is converted to a Quote.

Even after the Lead has been converted to a Quote, the History will continue to track the ongoing activity including:

  1. Conversion to Job and Invoice - all time and date stamped for greater detail.

  2. Job Completion Details

  3. Invoice Payment Details

The result is that by looking at Leads, a comprehensive history of every lead is now available from the moment it was created to the payment of the invoice and everything in between.

  1. Lead Status Indicators

Coloured Status indicators provide an instant snapshot of what has happened to the Lead so far and the current Lead Stage if Pipeline stages are being used. Indicators include:

  1. LEAD STAGE (Grey)

  2. JOB (If a Job has been created from the Lead)

  3. QUOTE (if a Quote has been generated from the Lead)

  4. INVOICE (if an Invoice has been generated from the Lead)

All of the above are also recorded in the Lead History

  1. Management Portal > Lead View

In the Management Portal Lead conversions are also tracked with the Lead History and clickable blue links taking you straight to the associated Quote, Invoice or Job generated from the Lead.


QUOTES

  1. Quote Stages simplified to: ALL, OPEN, WON, LOST

  2. Lost Quotes include Quotes that have Expired (based on Expiry Date) and Quotes that have manually been tagged as Lost.

  3. Lead ID has been added to the Quote details for Tracking purposes

  1. Status Indicators

Status indicators provide an instant shot of what has happened to the Quote so far and the current Indicators include:

    1. QUOTE STATUS (Open, Won or Lost)

    2. JOB (If a Job has been created from the Lead)

    3. INVOICE (if an Invoice has been generated from the Lead)

All of the above are also recorded in the History.

  • Email Sent - Last Emailed field is included in portal showing the time and date the quote was emailed.
  •  Attached To - New column in Portal showing the elements linked to the Quote for easy referencing including Lead, Invoice and Job.

INVOICES

  1. In addition to the Billing Address, a dropdown of Locations linked to the customer is now available to choose from (or a new Location can be added when creating the invoice). 

  1. Lead ID has been added to the Invoice Details to assist with Tracking

  1. Email Sent - Last Emailed field is included in portal showing the time and date the quote was emailed.

  1. Attached To - New column in Portal showing the elements linked to the Invoice for easy referencing including Lead, Quote and Job.


JOBS

  1. Job Value linked to Jobs > You can now assign a Job Value to a job in order to see the value of business for the next week, month or any specified period. The Job Value can be either manually entered or pulled automatically from the Invoice attached to the job.

  1. View Jobs page in Management Portal has link to Lead Reference, Quote / Invoice and Jobs for complete traceability

  1. Able to generate Reports on Job Value - historic and future value of Jobs

  1. Able to generate Reports on Invoice Payment Method


EMAILS

  1. Full email tracking report added to CRM Reporting tab - to search, track email send and open activity

  1. Email time and date stamping added to Quotes and Invoices for tracking purposes.

  1. Scheduler in the App > able to assign jobs to one or more users, able to view different users schedules, able to move and re-schedule jobs > day, week & month view 30 NOV 17
