You can add attachments to Quotes under Settings>CRM Settings>Quotes>Default Email Attachments

 

Adding Default Attachments to Invoices

The Default Email Attachments lets you add an attachment such as Terms & Conditions or another Resource Document to your Invoice Email. This can be set by going to your Management Portal, Settings>CRM Settings>Invoices>Default Email Attachments you will search the name of the Document as it is saved in your Resources section of the Management Portal.
