New Feature Update - Button Responses
Fast, flexible and visual answers to questions using buttons. A new multiple choice option has been added to the form builder enabling button responses. You can now use buttons for multiple choice responses and can customise the wording, colour and actions of the buttons.

Buttons are a fast and very visual way to respond to questions and can be used in many different form types. The perfect options for Safety, Compliance, Inspections and Quality focussed forms being an obvious winner. To provide maximum flexibility, all button wording and colours are customisable to suit your business and the specific form requirements.

PDF Report Automatically Matched

If you are using the standard Formitize default PDF, the corresponding wording and colours will be replicated in the PDF report generated automatically as per the example below. This will help when reviewing the PDF to quickly identify issues raised or negative responses requiring further action.
