Feature Update - Add New Locations from the New Job page and Trigger instant communications
You can now add New Locations and Trigger Instant Communication with a customer when creating a New Job.

1. Add New Location

When creating new Jobs, once you have selected the Billing Name the Location field populates with all known locations for that contact ready to select. You can now also create a new location for the contact by choosing “+ Add New Location” from the dropdown. A modal will appear to collect the new location details and the CRM will be updated with the new location.

 


 

2. Communicate with Contacts from the New Job page

When creating and managing jobs, there is often the need to communicate with the contact. The new feature added to the job page makes this easier than ever.

Once a Billing Contact has been selected, all related contact details for that client auto-populate on the right hand side of the new job page. Next to each contact method, a communicate link icon now appears as highlighted below.

Simply click on the icon to email, call or sms the selected contact. A page modal will popup with all known details auto-populated and all templates available for use to save even more time.

You will also note a new blue link at the bottom of the contact details panel “View Locations”. This enables the User to view the details of all stored locations for the contact being viewed.
