Good communication is such an important part of growing a business especially when it is keeping your clients informed and up to date, now there is a really smart way to do it really well.

Automated Communication Templates

Smart Assist Automated Reminders and Job Status Updates are an incredibly effective way to keep your customers and your tea,

Rather than having to create each new communication from scratch, a recent update enables you to create Templates for your communications so they can really easily be re-used across multiple job types or other Smart Assist communications. 

Enabling / Disabling Individual Communications

A new “toggle switch” has been added to the top of all automated communications enabling you to enable or disable any single communication.

This is a great feature when you are building or testing new options or if you want to pause an automation by simply sliding the toggle to disable.

Red and Green Placeholder Availability Indicators

The communications being sent to clients (by SMS, email or letter) can include “placeholders” to add personalised and important detail to the communications being sent. Placeholders are pulled from the Job details or CRM contact details such as billing name, contact name job number, job type. 

To help you know what placeholders are available for different modules, the placeholder will show as green or red when entered indicating that relevant data is available to populate the placeholder, or not.
