The CRM Dashboard provides each Portal and Administrator with their own personalised control page enabling fast search, communication and task management from the one central page.

1. Timeline

Shows timeline of all activities with live links to the contact, note, contact details or task related to each activity.

2. Communication

Add Notes, Send Email, SMS, Notifications or Letters to any contact instantly
Make calls with notes and associated tasks.

3. Task Management

View all Open Tasks and update status > Open, Overdue and Closed
Create New Tasks and Assign
