All emails generated through Formitize are logged to ensure accurate delivery.

The Home Dashboard shows recent emails sent and their status

The “Bounces” tab shows the details of any unsuccessful email transmissions

To view the full Email Management log, go to Tools > View Email Log

Automated Notifications

You can set up notifications to automatically advise with “Instant Bounce Notifications” and “End of Day Summary Notifications” to provide an email log for the day via Settings > Email Log
